ABOUT DOM

in a world full of darkness, be the light

Dom Jones, from Oakland, California is an LA-based artist and music executive. An alumna of Berklee College of Music, Dom is an International Songwriting Competition Winner, a Songs for Social Change Competition Winner, a Boston Arts and Music Soul Festival featured performer, and a Hear Her Song composer in partnership with The Canales Project and Mercy Beyond Borders. She was also awarded the ASCAP Foundation Jay Gorney Award for emerging songwriters with music addressing social issues. Her work has been featured by The National Museum of Art, brands such as Nissan, and on platforms such as Netflix and Hulu. Dom's mission is to ascend as an artist and music executive in tandem, helping to create the ecosystem for artists that she wants to see for herself. As a music executive, she has helped bring life to productions by small independent filmmakers to large-scale studio productions, through creative pitching and negotiating music licensing deals.

Her work with Precision Productions and Kasey Phillips, on what they’re calling 2.0, introduces a new era of her work as an artist and brings the listener deeper into her vision as a musician. She continues to build partnerships and pathways to educating filmmakers, content creators, and independent artists on how to navigate music licensing and create strategies to make the best music accessible to elevating visual mediums.

Dom is currently working and living in Los Angeles as an artist and music executive.

STAY TUNED FOR THE LAUNCH OF DOM’S NEXT ENDEAVOR.
